MAKING RESERVATIONS FOR RESTARANTS

Dining options are Hotel Xcaret are unlike any other all-inclusive resort. Nine restaurants and several bars at Hotel Xcaret Arte will take you to a culinary journey through global flavors, where the Mexican gastronomy, declared by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage, is the protagonist. Undoubtedly, Mexican cuisine will captivate all your senses and will surprise you with the most colorful presentations and textures, elaborated with traditional ingredients that reflect centuries of ancestral and cultural legacy.

Kindly note, there is a suggested dress code -- please see image below (this is subject to change at any time):

However, there are some restaurants that require reservations in advance or an extra fee.

*** IF THERE IS A PARTICULAR RESTAURANT YOU WANT TO TRY THAT REQUIRES RESERVATIONS, YOU MUST SUBMIT THAT REQUEST IN ADVANCE.

Important Tip: Many of these restaurants that require reservations, will be booked up quickly. So I would suggest sending in your reservation requests as soon as your package is paid in full.

How Do I Make Reservations?
Step 1: You need to email your request to the Hotel Xcaret Guests Services Department at HXAGSERVICE@HOTELXCARET.COM
Step: 2: In the email provide the lead passengers name on your reservation, your reservation confirmation number (this is a special number I will email you), and your dates of stay.
Step 3: In the email also include: the restaurants you're interested in prebooking and the potential dates you want to dine at them. They also need to know how many people in your group will be joining. Allow for flexibility of dates in case something is already booked.
Step 4: They do not always respond right away -- but typically you will hear back from someone within a week. If you don't receive a reply, call the resort directly and ask to speak to the Guests Services Department.

IMPORTANT: If you need to change your plans or cancel, you must do so at least 24-hours before your scheduled reservation (this applies to restaurants and excursions or they will charge a $25/person no-show fee to your room). If you are not yet at the hotel, email them. If you are at the hotel and need to change or cancel something, go to or call the concierge desk (it is located across the check-in desk).
